In March of 2017, Nicole J. Bradley & Jerald H. Manley Jr. became the proud founders of Community Chance Inc.
Raised in Miami Gardens, FL they are simply two individuals with a passion for creativity & advancing underserved communities. Both Nicole & Jerald truly believe in the transformative power associated with the combination of education and opportunity and have established this platform to uplift underserved communities and empower them to

They both put a keen effort in making sure that in establishing Community Chance Inc. the basis would be setting the foundation for individuals to have a brighter future based on a hand up, not a hand out.
Growing up, going to school, working and having family in Miami Gardens (then known as Carol City) but being exposed (through travel & networking) to the functionality of how more affluent neighborhoods prospered educationally, politically, financially and emotionally prompted them to create this non-profit. Community Chance Inc. is not just the agency they co-founded …they are Community Chance Inc.
